We perform full property clearances, removing everything requested such as carpets, cookers, washing machines, all clutter & furniture.

We also offer the following services saving you time and money on premium rate contractors:

• Re-glazing (single glazing only)
• Basic Electrical Work inc socket, switch and light fitting replacement and fitting/disconnecting kitchen appliances.
• Basic Joinery inc hanging doors, door and window frame repairs, re-spindling banisters, stripping and polishing floors and laying laminate.
• Basic Plumbing inc unblocking drains, sinks and toilets.
• Tiling floor and wall.
• Gardening inc mowing, weeding, pruning, hedge trimming, patio and path cleaning, spraying herbicides and pesticides (spray certificate available for inspection). All garden rubbish removed.

Our service is environmentally friendly.. we only use local authority waste disposal sites which are designed to maximise waste recycling.

We hold full public liability insurance and we are registered with the Environment Agency, registration number CB/KM3985XD

We can work with your solicitor, neighbour or estate agent. We can pick keys up and don’t require you to be at the property if you are unable to be there due to other commitments.

Each customer is supplied with their own invoice which contains all our business and tax details.

What is a waste carrier?

Waste carriers are licensed by the Environment Agency to transport other peoples waste. This is a legal requirement and has been introduced in an attempt to minimize fly tipping and other irresponsible methods of waste disposal
